Jio Announced Jio Phone Next smartphone in reliance AGM 2021. It is the first smartphone from the house of Jio.
The smartphone was to launch today I.e 10th September but it is delayed. Reliance Jio has officially confirmed the launch of the JioPhone Next is delayed and it will be launching during the Diwali Festive season.
Jio said the Global Semi-Conductor shortage caused the delay. They are currently testing the Smartphone and are working on making it available to more people by Diwali.
what makes the Jio Phone Special? It runs on the Android OS, which is a custom-built ROM by Google. As Jio partnered with Google to bring affordable Smartphones.
JioPhone Next aim was to make Smartphones affordable and accessible to more and more people in India. The device is expected to be priced at Rs. 4,500.
